"Fast service and honest technicians. Originally called for a service appointment around 1 PM on Thursday, and a brand new system was installed within 24 hours. My old unit was 20 years old, so it was out with the old and in with the new! Pricing was very fair, and I was given three options to choose from. I have to say the service technician on Thursday was great, Premier Heating and Air's Project Manager was awesome, and the installers were on top of it, getting the job done quickly. "Premier Heating and Air is a fantastic company. After an update to our air unit, it sounded louder when starting, and we were concerned. I called in, and they set up an appointment for the very next afternoon to have it checked. Within minutes, the General Manager, Premier Heating and Air, called and told me Premier Heating and Air was sending someone out as soon as they finished the job they were currently on. Premier Heating and Air said, 'I would rather not wait until tomorrow; better safe than sorry.' That is the type of service I consider excellent! We have been with this company for years, even back to when the owner was Premier Heating and Air. The service was great then and remains the same today."

Premier Heating and Air was very personable and right on time (Premier Heating and Air actually called to ask if Premier Heating and Air could come by a little earlier). Premier Heating and Air checked out everything thoroughly and offered to replace my old filters and install new ones that I had previously purchased. Premier Heating and Air also offered to answer any questions I might have. Premier Heating and Air was here for about an hour, which I had expected.
